There are a lot of tattoo stores in Second Life. There are very few that offer to do custom work. There are even fewer that put in the time and attention to detail to craft a piece that looks as close to a real tattoo as a computer monitor will allow. 

SL Ink is my virtual tattoo parlor. I offer a small but growing collection of flash designs (ink that multiple people can purchase and wear) but the shop's primary purpose is custom body art for avatars. I don't use standard clip art. I create each tattoo with a graphics tablet and Photoshop, using a combination of brushes, fonts, and my own drawing. When you order a custom piece from SL Ink, you get a truly original piece of art created to your specifications that will never be sold to anyone else, no matter how cool or marketable your tattoo may be.
